Eligibility — I am a currently enrolled RMMC student and I am voting using my own student number and identity. I will not vote, or attempt to vote, on behalf of another student. One Vote Per Election — I understand that I may cast only one ballot per election. Once submitted, my ballot is final and cannot be edited, withdrawn, or resubmitted. Ballot Secrecy — My individual voting choices are confidential and cannot be viewed or traced back to me by election administrators, faculty, or other students. Only aggregated results are reported. Accurate Information — The student number, last name, and email I provide are accurate and belong to me. I understand that providing false information to cast a vote may be considered an academic or disciplinary offense under RMMC policy. System Use — I will not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or gain unauthorized access to this voting system, including using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with it. Data Privacy — My student number, name, email, and vote timestamp may be recorded solely to verify eligibility and prevent duplicate voting, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This data will not be used for any purpose other than election administration. Availability — I understand that voting is available only during the official voting period set by the Commission on Elections/Student Council Elections Committee.

We collect your student number, last name, email, password, and IP address to verify you're an eligible RMMC student, let you vote securely, and prevent duplicate voting.

We do not share, sell, or give your information to any third party. Only the RMMC Election Committee and Student Services Office can access it, and only to run this election.

Your account confirms who you are, but your actual vote is kept separate and private — only overall results are published, never individual votes.

Your data is kept only as long as needed for this election and RMMC's records. Under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data anytime by contacting the SSO.
